Us v. Diaz: Conviction of whistleblower JAG lawyer upheld

This is the case where Barbara Olshansky at the Center for Constitutional
Rights received the list of names of prisoners held at Guantanamo and duly
delivered it to the FBI and testified against Matt Diaz, the Navy officer
who did the disclosure. The military appeals court upheld his conviction in
this ruling. Last I heard Matt was being disbarred and was unemployed having
served his prison sentence. Meantime, Olshansky is teaching at Stanford
along with Donald Rumsfeld.
