URGENT: Get PP Tom Manning a Medical Transfer

I just got a letter from Tom and he wrote that DSCC Grand Prairie 
OFFICE COMPLEX 346 Marine Forces Dr., Grand Prairie, TX 75051,   (for 
letters) is the place that will decide what facility he is sent to.

So we are going to start again to get Tom transferred to the Federal 
Prison Hospital at Butner, North Carolina.

1. Every request for a transfer for Tom must be in writing either by 
letter, Fax or email.  So if you can, please e-mail or fax or write 
to one of the above addresses, with your request.

2. Have Tom's # ready: Thomas Manning 10373-016 recent transfer from 
USP Hazelton
3. Explain that Tom has recently been transferred from USP Hazelton 
and is now in FCI Cumberland, MD, awaiting a new USP designation.He 
has not received the medical care needed for the growth in his groin 
area, lump under his left nipple or the growth under his shoulder 
blade. His records have been reviewed by an outside doctor who 
urgently recommended a biopsy to check for cancer in these areas. Tom 
requests that you ask for an immediate transfer to the Federal Prison 
Hospital facility at Butner, NC to get the necessary medical 
procedures done.
4. If you fax either place be sure to give your information as well 
as Tom's full name & number.
5. Please send us any information you are given so that we can put 
pressure on the correct dept.

IF YOU KNOW OR ARE A DOCTOR OR MINISTER/IMAM/RABBI, PLEASE FAX A 
LETTER TO BOTH THE WARDEN AND REGIONAL OFFICE USING YOUR LETTERHEAD 
AND ASK FOR A REPLY.
