ELP has just received the following e-mail from Kevin Olliff's support campaign...

Your resently released bio of Kevin Olliff had an assumption that I
hope to clarify for you. Your email stated:
"Kevin Olliff, #1300931, TTCF 161 D-Pod, 450 Bauchet St., Los Angeles, CA
90012, USA. On remand accused of stalking. Exact details of the indictment
have not yet been revealed but the charges appear to relate to a person
employed by an educational facility so may be linked to vivisection. (Kevin
is a vegan)."
Kevin is being accused of stalking as well as conspiracy and criminal
threats towards UCLA vivisectors and POM Wonderful (for experimenting
the health benefits of their product on animals). It should be
stressed that the trumped up allegations towards Kevin stem from legal
protest activity.
I hope this clears up any discrepancies or questions regarding Kevin
Olliff. He also has a court date on December 17th, at 8:30 am at LA
Superior Court (210 W. Temple St. Dept 102) in downtown Los Angeles,
California. This is a very important date, as his stacked charges will
be argued (all ten of them), the defense will be able to argue the
falsity of Kevin's gang enhancement, and hopefully, if enough charges
are dropped, he will be able to make bail (it is currently at
$460,000). Please share this
