Scott DeMuth Indicted under AETA

Following on from yesterdays Urgent ELP! Bullein.....
 
 We've received word that Scott DeMuth was brought before a federal judge
 in Johnson County, Iowa, this morning and indicted for conspiracy under
 the Animal Enterprise Terrorism Act (AETA). We haven't heard anything
 about changes in Carrie's status. We don't know much more at this point,
 but will keep everyone posted. We do know that we'll need a lot of help
 with fundraising, and are seeking additional counsel at this point. Visit
