Three British SHAC Prisoners

Urgent ELP! Bulletin (9th May 2007)

Dear friends

As a lot of you will already be aware, at the end of last month a
number of raids occured across Britain and also in Holland and
Belgium.  As a result of these raids 32 people were arrested.  It is
ELP's understanding that approximately one third of those arrested
have been charged with blackmail in relation to their alledged
anti-Huntingdon Life Sciences campaigning.

Also ELP has learnt that three of the founders of the international
Stop Huntingdon Animal Cruelty campaign have been remanded into
custody accused of 'conspiracy to blackmail'.
