Message from Oregon activist prisoner Brian McCarvill
"I visited Brian McCarvill today at OSP and he said to let folks know the
following:
The lawyer that he asked people to contact will be leaving that position
in the public defender's office on June 12th. That lawyer is wrapping up
all his cases, and has talked with Brian on Tuesday May 22nd, to let him
know that the request for consideration for a sentence reduction has been
submitted to the District Attorney. Brian asks that people hold off on
contacting his lawyer for now. Hopefully there will be some movement on
this request and a decision made by June 12th.
I was told that Brian's request has been already posted on some lists. I
don't know what lists those were, so please forward along this information
to whoever posted it, or to the list where Brian's earlier request to put
pressure on his lawyer via calls & letter-writing was posted."

Brian McCarvill is a fraud and one who hides behind some intellectual basis of wanting us to believe that he is an anarchist.
Brain is a real manipulator and for those he has conned , beware of him as he is one that will steal from you, rob you and laugh all the way to his cell.
Do not forget he is in prison for Kidnapping and Assault. At no time does he mention any remorse for his crimes, show no apology to his victims. Brain McCarvill is a parasite on society, spending our tax dollars in prison, the other welfare system. He suffers from terminal uniqueness and a dozen other criminal thinking errors. Make no mistake about it, this man is potentially dangerous to society and sees himself as a victim of society, the man, the system and the list of whining goes on and on.
He also fails to mention his addiction to drugs, his prior criminal past and is coercing people like readers of his pseudo revolutionary crap as him being a saint who was wrongfully prosecuted and sentenced. One does not get 34 years in prison on a first time assualt and kidnapping.
Do not send this man money, do not support his legal fund. For those who have been niave enough to buy into his pity game, bail out now before he hurts you also. He laughs at you "squares" for sending him money, magazines and free stuff. He mocks you the same way he mocks the system we live in. Surely the system is not perfect and prisons are not fun places to be, however he belongs in prison as he is a violent criminal with a criminal past. Many people recover from their past as they can face their past, learn from this mistakes and be accountable for their actions. Brian McCarvill is not one of these people.
Yeah I gathered this much. Brian McCarvill is just another loser who wants us to believe he is some anarchist as well as some political prisoner.
Assault and Kidnapping. And he wants us to believe he is a good guy, salt of the earth with solid political ties? I think not. Again a clown with a chip on his shoulder. If he got out today, he would be back in the system in less than a year.
It is better to leave him in prison for another 20 years.
I find it appalling he makes no mention of his victims. He does not have the courage to tell the real truth about his crimes. This is a sign of a real coward.
I read his manifesto and it is crap. Clearly has no idea about anarchism in its purest form
