Activist Kevin Olliff, arrested April 16th in Los Angeles has a court
date on September 18th (8:30 am) at Los Angeles Superior Court Dept
102 (210 W Temple Street, Los Angeles CA), where his lawyers will be
challenging the constitutionality of his current stacked charges
regarding three year old protest activity, to lower his bail amount.
Both Kevin and Lindy Greene were charged with several counts of
conspiracy, criminal threats, and stalking, with an added gang
enhancement that will also be challenged on Kevin's defense. Lindy
posted bail and was released on house arrest with direct orders not to
communicate with other activists.
